Career Tracks
IT Support Professional
Our IT Support Professional Career Track gives you the opportunity to study for some of the most highly regarded certifications in the Industry, including the Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification and the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification.
Our track starts by following the international vendor-neutral Comptia A+ syllabus recognized by major hardware and software vendors, and companies across the globe. These foundation skills are then built on in the classroom through the introduction of more complex topics covered as part of an MCTS certification in Windows Vista and then job-role specific support skills as part of an MCITP – Consumer Support Technician certification. In addition there are online support materials available along the way to aid your learning and also give the opportunity for studying additional qualifications including the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA).
The track also includes the highly respected Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation course covering the IT Service Management framework. Many organisations are already realising the vast business benefits of using best practices to deliver and support their IT services and this course will set you ahead of the competition.
