I haven't received my joining instructions, what can I do?

If you have not received your joining instructions you can request a copy. Please contact your sales representative on 0808 178 0075.

What time does the course start?

Course start times are stated on your joining instructions. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start of the course to meet your lecturer and ensure a prompt start. Is there any car/motorbike/cycle parking available?

There are no car parking or motorcycle parking facilities at the London centre. Delegates can park cycles in cycle bays on Crutched Friars (opposite the London centre). There are 40 parking spaces for car/motorcycles which are allocated on a first come first serve basis at the Birmingham centre.

Is lunch provided?

PPi Learning Services are unable to provide delegates with lunch. However, there are a number of establishments close to the London centre where lunch can be purchased. Our staff will be happy to provide you with details upon request.

Can I bring my own food/heat up food I bring in?

Yes, you can bring in your lunch however, PPi are unable to provide any storage or kitchen facilities.

Is there somewhere to sit during the lunch hour and breaks?

We have a dedicated delegate lounge where you can eat lunch. Tea and coffee facilities are also provided free of charge.

What is the dress code for delegates attending courses?

There is no dress code for delegates attending courses at PPi.

How can I keep in touch with the office?

For those of you attending a course at our Birmingham and London training centres, you can keep in touch with your colleagues and the office using PCs in the delegate lounge.

What time will the course finish?

Finish times are indicated on your joining instructions.

Can I book a taxi at the end of the course?

Taxis are available at the London centre.

Can I book a test at PPi?

PPi Learning Services is not a test centre. For details of your nearest testing centre please refer to Prometric.

How do I make a complaint?

Careers questions

I do not have any previous experience, can I still enrol?

Yes, PPI is a leading Microsoft Training partner. We train candidates of various abilities every day. We will place you on a training programme that matches your current skills and aptitude.

I am working and cannot attend training every day.

Training is delivered on a modular basis. With each module being between 2 and 5 days you can easily combine you training with your current work and family commitments.

How long does the training last?

The training programme can take up to one year to complete. The initial module and associated exams typically takes 4 weeks and the full programme takes up to one year.

Do I have to pay for exams and courseware?

If you enrol on one of our career tracks, there are no extra costs. All official courseware and first-time exams are included.

What are the locations and times for training?

Currently we provide training for individuals in London and Birmingham but we also run workshops nationwide. Training takes place Monday - Friday between 9 am and 4.30 pm

What if I cannot attend classes but still want to learn these skills?

If you are working full time or have family commitments there are options to take the training online. The online learning includes courseware and virtual labs for practice in a real environment.
