Consequently, we have created and are delivering a series of training programmes for individuals seeking an IT career. Our programmes are aimed at providing the skills employers want and getting you started in a specific role in which there are immediate opportunities with large corporate organisations and small to medium sized businesses.

We are passionate about providing a high quality learning experience and expect every careers based course participant to be completely satisfied that the course objectives have been met and that their learning can be applied effectively once they have started their IT Career.

If the course objectives detailed within the course profile have not been met due to a failure on PPI Learning Services part, we are happy to mutually agree a development plan which could include any of the following:

• Re-attending the course free of charge.
• 1-2-1 tuition at your local PPI Learning Services centre.
• Providing a complimentary self-study version of the course where available.
• Support from the course tutor via the telephone and/or email.
• If a mutually acceptable plan cannot be agreed, then a refund of unused course fees may be made.
